All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please call 800-236-7467 Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 3pm CST to request a Return Authorization number.

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Learning Shop will promptly issue a credit upon inspection of the merchandise.

Any merchandise that does not arrive in saleable condition or without a Return Authorization number will not be credited.
